Who we are and what we do

CS Transform is a specialist global consulting business, focused on delivering Citizen Service Transformation in the public sector. We are led by the senior management team from the UK Prime Minister’s office that delivered the UK’s e-Transformation strategy between 1999 and 2004.

We are passionate about what we do. We believe that public services should be every bit as good as the very best from the private sector. And we know from working with 40 governments, that people in the public sector share our passion for excellence.

What we do works. Our consultants are senior ex-government people from around the world, and our methodologies and supporting technology tools are grounded in tens of years experience inside government. So we understand how to make things happen in the real world – where resources are often scarce and operating environments complex.

This is why we have a track record of success, and why our methodologies underpin the first global standard on government transformation.

And it is a reflection of our dedication to public services that we have made our transformation framework freely available as an open standard.
