Transforming services for 14-18 year olds: Lambeth Council, UK
Fourteen to nineteen year olds in Lambeth receive services (on education,
training, careers and employment) from a wide spectrum of
service delivery organisations.
The CS Transform team worked with the Council to develop an
effective strategy for joining up services through a
learner-centric portal.
Activities included user requirement analysis, stakeholder
engagement, gap analysis, and roadmap development. All
recommendations were accepted.
