e-Tax transformation in Greece
The Greek Tax agency had invested in a sophisticated online tax
return service, and wanted to improve performance and impact
measurement for the service, and to benchmark performance levels
of the services with other countries.
The CS Transform team led
a major e-tax benchmarking exercise, which included development
of a measurement framework to compare the efficiency and
effectiveness of e-tax services across Europe, and in-depth case
studies of the e-tax services in Greece, the UK, Italy and
Finland.
The results fed into both ongoing performance
management of the service and future strategy on service design.
