E-Transformation Turkey
The CS Transform team worked with the Turkish government over a
10 month period, partnering with a local consultancy firm, to
develop a national strategy for e-transformation.
The project methodology involved: current state analysis,
strategic options and scenario building; developing key
benchmarks and metrics; defining vision and setting targets;
stakeholder consultation (including private, public and
voluntary sectors; analyse of ICT and telecom sectors; analysis
of international best practice in each key workstream;
implementation planning.
The project covered all aspects of an ICT-enabled knowledge
economy strategy including:
